• Visitor identification data (non-EU/EEA/UK only): When you visit our website from outside the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland, our data partner RB2B (operated by Retention.com) may use cookies and similar technologies to associate your visit with personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your business email. This is not active for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland. See section 8 for details and how to opt out.

• Hosting & CDN: Netlify (Netlify, Inc.).
• Bot protection on forms: Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.).
• Web analytics: Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) and Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, EU-hosted, cookieless).
• Visitor identification (non-EU/EEA/UK only): RB2B / Retention.com (Retention Technologies, Inc.).

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or until you request its deletion. Waitlist data is retained until the product launches and you either become a customer or request removal.

• Strictly necessary: Required for the site to function (for example, Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection on our forms). Always active and cannot be disabled, as these do not require consent under GDPR / ePrivacy.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (uses cookies; loaded only with your consent, with Google Consent Mode v2 set to “denied” by default). Plausible Analytics is also used but is cookieless and does not collect personal data, so it does not require consent.
• Marketing & visitor identification: RB2B (Retention.com) identifies business visitors by associating their visit with a business email through third-party data partners. This category is geo-blocked from visitors in the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland, regardless of consent. For other regions, it is loaded only with your explicit consent.

Standard opt-out (RB2B / Retention.com): When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses.
