Clarisix vs Kapoq

Both connect to your Amazon accounts. Kapoq is an operations suite for agencies, aggregators, and brands: it runs the ads, plans the inventory, and audits the listings, with a P&L module alongside. Clarisix is built for the brand executive and the analyst beside them: one accounting-grade view of what Amazon leaves you after every fee, refund, ad, and tax line.

Based on Kapoq’s public website, pricing, webinars, blog, and G2 reviews as of 5 October 2026, and on the current Clarisix product. We have not used Kapoq’s product. We are not affiliated with Kapoq.

The short version

Running Amazon, or knowing what it leaves you.

Choose Kapoq if

You want one licence to run the account.

  • You want one tool to run the ads: bid optimisation, dayparting, keyword harvesting, and negation.
  • You want forecasts, restock plans, and FBA shipments in the same place as the ads.
  • You are an agency or aggregator and want every brand on one licence.
  • Walmart or Criteo carry real spend.
  • Your data team wants a warehouse feed or a direct BI connection today.

Choose Clarisix if

You want the profit number finance signs.

  • The person who reads the number is a founder, CEO, or CFO who owns the P&L.
  • Finance needs a month-end profit figure that ties to the Amazon payout.
  • You sell on several EU marketplaces and want VAT kept out of margin.
  • An agency or another tool already runs your ads, so execution is not the gap.
  • You want software cost to stay fixed as revenue grows.

13 things a buyer asks about.

Profitability

Is the P&L something finance would sign?

Profit tied to the bank payout

Kapoq

The P&L drills down to line item and books sales on what Amazon pays out. Kapoq does not describe reconciling profit to each settlement.

Clarisix

Every settlement line reconciled to the payout, so the month-end figure is the one that arrived in the bank.

Accounting basis

Kapoq

Its help center says P&L sales are booked on the shipped or delivery date, the figures Amazon pays out, while product sales use the order date. Kapoq does not describe switching the P&L between bases.

Clarisix

Order, shipment (GAAP), or payout basis, switched on the same period.

EU VAT and marketplaces

Kapoq

Supports EU marketplaces, with pan-EU restock recommendations and local-currency data. Its blog describes separating VAT line items in Amazon's finance data, but not how VAT is shown against profit.

Clarisix

VAT held in a memo outside profit, per marketplace, with one rollup across every EU marketplace.

Where margin leaks

Kapoq

Profit by SKU, a trailing 12-month P&L, line-item drill-down, and Pareto prioritisation.

Clarisix

A five-stage margin cascade from product margin to net margin, per ASIN and SKU, on the same numbers as the P&L.

Advertising profit per product

Kapoq

Ad spend allocated to SKU inside the P&L.

Clarisix

A safe ACoS ceiling per product, set by its real margin.

Running the account

Who pulls the levers each day?

Bid automation and dayparting

Kapoq

Bid optimisation with custom strategies, hourly dayparting, keyword harvesting, and ASIN negation.

Clarisix

Analysis only. Clarisix does not change bids or budgets in your account.

Inventory operations

Kapoq

SKU demand forecasts, restock plans with lead times and safety stock, FBA shipment creation, and planning that accounts for storage limits.

Clarisix

Days of cover, sales at risk, and an order plan with quantity and order-by date, grouped into order now, order soon, and plan ahead. Clarisix does not create FBA shipments.

Ads and inventory working together

Kapoq

Cross-module alerts pause ad spend when stock or ratings are a problem.

Clarisix

Clarisix flags the risk; it does not pause campaigns.

Listing health

Kapoq

Listing audits, change protection, suppression alerts, and K-Score, which grades the account and ranks fixes.

Clarisix

Published content compared to what is live on Amazon, field by field, with an alert when a listing drops below the score you set.

Data out to BI and AI tools

Kapoq

Datalink gives Looker, Power BI, Tableau, BigQuery, or Snowflake a read-only connection to 29+ normalised tables. An MCP server, live since March 2026, covers ads, sales, inventory, and traffic.

Clarisix

An MCP server, in beta, so an AI assistant can query your Clarisix data. CSV, Excel, and Google Sheets exports. API access is on the roadmap.

In development

Kapoq details come from kapoq.com, its webinars and blog, and its G2 listing as of 5 October 2026. “Not published” means Kapoq does not describe the capability in public material; we have not tested it in Kapoq’s product. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners. If we have something wrong, write to support@clarisix.com and we will fix it.

Credit where it is due

Where Kapoq is ahead today.

Kapoq runs the ads. Bid optimisation with custom strategies, hourly dayparting, keyword harvesting, and ASIN negation are all live, and Kapoq, with the agency YourSeller, won the Americas Challenger Strategy Award in the 2026 Amazon Ads Partner Awards. Clarisix analyses advertising and sets a safe ACoS ceiling per product, but it does not execute bids.

Its modules work together. Demand forecasts, restock plans, and FBA shipment creation sit beside the ads, and alerts pause spend when stock or ratings are a problem. If your main job is operating the account day to day, that loop matters.

It suits agencies and aggregators. One licence covers unlimited brands and users, and Walmart Marketplace, Walmart Advertising, and Criteo sit beside Amazon. Clarisix is Amazon only, and its agency plans cap workspaces at 10 or 25.

The data gets out today. Datalink gives BI tools and warehouses a read-only connection to normalised tables, an MCP server has been live since March 2026, and Kapoq holds ISO 27001:2022. Clarisix MCP is in beta, and a Clarisix API is on the roadmap. We have written about why we built the data model first.

Its customers rate it well. Reviewers on G2 single out support and how fast Kapoq acts on feature requests.

Pricing

Different units, so compare the whole bill.

Kapoq prices on a base fee plus a share of revenue. Clarisix prices on active products, counted once per marketplace, and does not move with revenue.

How to compare the bill

Where Clarisix costs less

A brand with high revenue or heavy ad spend and a focused catalog. Kapoq’s variable fee grows with every sale; Clarisix stays at €599 to €999 a month up to 3,000 active products.

Where Kapoq costs less

An agency or aggregator with many small brands. One Kapoq licence covers them all; Clarisix caps workspaces by plan. A wide catalog on several marketplaces also moves Clarisix to Enterprise pricing.

Ask Kapoq for the variable rate in writing, and for the bill at twice today’s sales. Clarisix prices exclude VAT. See full Clarisix pricing.

How to evaluate

Three questions to ask in both trials.

Run them against both products with your own data.

01

Does last month's profit match what Amazon paid you?

Take one month and tie the P&L to the settlement, line by line. Clarisix reconciles every settlement line to the payout. Kapoq's P&L drills to line item, so ask it to show the tie-out on your data.

02

How does VAT flow through profit on your German or French marketplace?

Clarisix holds VAT in a memo outside profit, per marketplace, so tax never inflates or deflates margin. Kapoq supports EU marketplaces but does not describe how VAT is shown against profit, so test it on your own EU account.

03

Is profit on order, shipment, or payout basis, and can you switch?

Clarisix switches between all three on the same period, so finance and operations can each read the basis they need. Kapoq's help center says its P&L books sales on the shipped or delivery date, so ask whether you can switch it to order or payout basis.

Questions people ask.

Clarisix

Run both for a month.

Clarisix is read-only on your Amazon account. Connect it, give it a few hours, and check its profit figure against your last settlement.
